Job summary

Doctors Medical Center of Modesto, part of Tenet Healthcare, seeks an experienced Director of Case Management to lead hospital utilization improvement and ensure compliant, efficient patient flow.

You will report to the Regional Case Management Director and collaborate with the CFO to drive performance across the Case Management Department, balancing reimbursement goals with high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• MSN preferred and ACM preferred.
• Minimum two years of acute hospital case management leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital utilization performance improvement and operational management of Case Management.
• Ensure processes support appropriate reimbursement and patient throughput.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and Tenet policies.
• Coordinate with PMI and regional Case Management leaders for orientation and onboarding.
• Oversee care coordination and transition management to improve length of stay and readmission prevention.
