Job summary

Doctors Medical Center of Modesto, part of Tenet Healthcare, seeks an experienced healthcare leader to drive hospital utilization performance improvement and oversee the Case Management Department. This leader will coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize patient flow, reimbursement, and compliance with regulatory standards.

The Director of Case Management will guide strategic initiatives, ensure efficient operations, and mentor staff while upholding Tenet policies and national standards

Qualifications

• MSN preferred and ACM preferred.
• Minimum two years acute hospital case management leadership experience.
• Five years acute hospital case management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital utilization performance improvement and Case Management operations.
• Ensure processes support appropriate reimbursement and patient throughput.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal regulations and Tenet policies, including PMI and clinical standards.
