This position will be responsible for identifying and filling gaps in carrier and product availability, negotiating contracts and working with outside carriers to assist in marketing efforts.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** Own and nurture relationships with existing carriers* Identify and secure new carrier relationships to expand product coverage and market access* Responsible for ensuring a full footprint carriers are available (including ACA, Supplemental, MedSupp and Life carriers) in order for Trove Group to function as a Field Marketing Organization (FMO) and hit revenue targets* Develop and implement strategies to expand carrier partnerships, improve contract terms, and enhance the FMO's access to a diverse range of insurance products and markets* Track and report on key metrics such as submission quality, hit ratios, premium volume, and loss performance to strengthen trust and performance* Stay current on market trends, carrier appetite shifts, and competitive dynamics* Work with executive leaders, sales, commissions and operations teams to align carrier strategies with business goals* Represent the company at industry events to build new relationships and promote reputation* Meet department attendance requirements, including being prompt and available during scheduled shift* Perform similar job-related duties and projects as assigned**REQUIREMENTS**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
