Job summary

CHCP is seeking a Director of Campus Operations to lead the strategic management and operational performance of ground campuses in Texas, with travel up to 70%.

You will partner with Campus Presidents and the SEVP to drive enterprise initiatives, develop leaders, and implement data-driven improvements across multiple campuses. Strong coaching, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in higher education or multi-campus operations.
• Experience coaching senior leaders and driving enterprise initiatives.
• Strong ability to influence and drive results without direct authority.
• Experience analyzing business results and using data to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from planning to adoption.
• Develop project plans, milestones, accountability measures, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, remove barriers, and manage risks.
• Analyze KPIs and campus data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop executive dashboards and present data-driven recommendations.
• Coach Campus Presidents in critical thinking and decision-making.
