The role leads strategic campaigns, staff management, and client services for labor and advocacy clients. You will supervise teams of writers and designers, drive integrated campaigns across earned media, digital, and design, and advance the agency’s social-justice mission while growing client impact.

Qualifications

• Big picture communication and campaign strategist with experience conceiving and executing winning campaigns
• Experience managing and supervising multiple teams or divisions of an agency
• Proven ability to deliver a range of client deliverables from print to digital to earned media
• Experience leading designers, web developers, digital strategists and copywriters for web and print

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and creative for client campaigns, incl. content calendars and landing pages
• Develop integrated campaigns across social media, online advertising, and web design
• Manage teams of writers and designers to hit deadlines and deliver strong work
