Shalom Orlando in Maitland, FL invites a seasoned leader to drive growth across our day camp and youth programs in a hybrid leadership role. You will set vision, build programs, and cultivate people to execute with excellence.

You will lead the Camp J transformation, expand vacation and family experiences, and develop a sustainable leadership pipeline while ensuring families feel seen, heard, and valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in camp, youth programming, or experiential education.
• Strong execution experience and a track record of building, leading, and scaling programs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Reimagine and lead Camp J as a flagship, high-demand program.
• Develop standout camps that attract new audiences and deepen engagement.
• Design experiences that feel intentional, high-quality, and memorable.
• Oversee and expand Kids Night Out and family experiences.
• Oversee and expand vacation and seasonal camps.
• Build a leadership pipeline from CITs and counselors to future program leaders.
• Recruit, train, and mentor exceptional staff.
• Create onboarding, training, feedback, and growth systems.
• Build relationships with families and community.
