Allianz is seeking a Head of Pricing & Underwriting for the Broker Non-Standard portfolio. You will lead a senior team, shape pricing and underwriting strategy, and partner with brokers and executives to drive profitable growth in non-standard lines.
The role requires deep UK broker insurance market knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to align pricing with business objectives while delivering compliant, customer-focused outcomes. Hybrid working with 50% office attendance is expected.
The Head of Pricing & Underwriting Broker Non-Standard is a senior management role responsible for steering the strategic direction and operational execution of the Broker Non-Standard portfolio. This role involves leading a team of managers to ensure that pricing and underwriting strategies are robust, commercially effective and compliant with regulatory standards. This role involves regular engagement with senior leadership across the business, necessitating strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Location: This role can be based in our London or Chelmsford offices, please note that this is a hybrid working role with the expectation that attend the office 50% of your time.
Pay is based on experience, skills and location and forms part of our wider total rewards package.
