Amazon’s Cross Channel and Category Marketing Team (XCM) is seeking an experienced Social Marketing leader to lead content strategy and development across Amazon and Prime Brand paid social campaigns. This leader will set the strategy for how Amazon leverages social channels to deepen brand affinity and purchase intent across Amazon and Prime businesses, including establishing the vision and plan for how we adapt our processes to leverage AI and next-gen production models. The role involves planning, developing, and optimizing social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat to align with customer behavior and platform algorithms. The candidate will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to create impactful, culturally aware, and innovative campaigns, focusing on short- and long-term brand and business results.
