What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and optimize the operations, performance, and growth of the Biological business across the US
- Co-create Go-To-Market and channel/grower strategies for biological products in partnership with the US Crop Protection Sales Leadership Team
- Develop and motivate the US Biologicals sales team to achieve sales and financial targets
- Ensure expertise and market knowledge of Biologicals across the US market and support marketing strategies
- Build strong relationships with national distributors and large retailers, collaborating with key account managers and district managers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Ag Science or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, people management, or large account management
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for this role

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Extensive Ag Sales, People Management/Leadership, and/or Biologicals experience
- Business and marketing strategy experience
- Strong customer focus with demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
- Strategic Sales Management and Change Management experience
- Agronomic knowledge relevant to the US Business
