Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Head of Business Intelligence and Platforms Manager in a hybrid role based in Burlington, MA. You will lead BI strategy, platform management, and analytics to support global Life Science BD, collaborating across Legal, Finance, IT, Product, and Data teams to accelerate growth opportunities.

You will build and govern royalty and platform reporting, create strong KPI dashboards, and apply AI-enabled tools to automate insights while ensuring data quality and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience owning and optimizing enterprise platforms in a matrixed org.
• Strong analytics across data extraction, dashboards, KPI reporting, and insight generation.
• Hands-on with Foundry, SFDC, SAP/Oracle, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Snowflake, data lakes, and contract/royalty platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of BI and platform management for a global Life Science BD organization.
• Own and optimize core platforms powering business and corporate development.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights driving high-impact decisions.
• Develop reusable analytics assets and self-service reporting.
• Apply AI/automation tools to streamline reporting and insights.
