Job summary

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Manager, BI + Analytics Engineer to shape how data is modeled, accessed, and used across the company. You will own the architecture and execution of our internal analytics stack, partnering closely with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations to turn raw data into insight and insight into action.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as BI Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Engineer in a fast‑growing tech environment.
• Strong command of SQL and data modeling best practices.
• Proficiency in dbt, modern data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery), and orchestration tools (Airflow/Prefect).
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Hex, Mode, Sigma, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale our data warehouse to support a fast‑growing Go‑To‑Market and product ecosystem.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using dbt to integrate data from tools, apps, and third‑party platforms.
• Design clean, reusable data models that power reporting across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
• Create dashboards and analysis that uncover trends in revenue, product usage, and customer behavior.
• Set up data quality checks and alerts to ensure accurate, timely, and trustworthy data.
• Support planning and forecasting by partnering with teams to define KPIs and build forward‑looking models.
