Ready to turn sawdust into sales? Klar is seeking a dynamic Head of B2B sales to build and lead our carpenter reseller network across Sweden. You will be the architect of our go-to-market strategy — identifying skilled carpenters, converting them into Klar partners, and scaling our reseller revenue. If you have a strong network of carpenters, a knack for closing deals, and a passion for supporting small businesses, this role is for you.
You will be Klar’s frontline in Sweden — actively recruiting carpenters, empowering them, and developing a reseller ecosystem that drives growth.
Identify and recruit carpenter resellers — convert carpenters into profitable Klar partners
Lead outreach efforts — secure meetings through direct sales and your network
Achieve targets — expand active resellers and increase revenue per reseller
Build relationships — become the trusted partner for Swedish carpenters seeking growth
Promote the Klar vision — communicate the benefits of partnering with Klar in a way that resonates with craftspeople
Support and scale — provide hands-on sales support and help resellers grow with Klar
You have a proven track record in sales — ideally in carpentry, construction, or tools
Your network is extensive within the carpentry industry and you speak their language
You are a natural deal-closer, persistent in following up until contracts are signed
You can negotiate effectively and build mutually beneficial partnerships
You know how to convert skeptics into advocates by presenting Klar’s value compellingly
You are fluent in Swedish, as you will oversee the Swedish market
Additionally, you speak English fluently
