Head of B2B sales in Norway: Build the carpenter reseller empire

Ready to turn sawdust into sales? Klar is on the lookout for a powerhouse Head of B2B sales to build and lead our carpenter reseller network across Norway. Think of yourself as the architect of our go-to-market machine — scouting out skilled carpenters, turning them into thriving Klar partners, and scaling our reseller revenue to new heights. If you’ve got a contact list full of carpenters, a sixth sense for closing deals, and a passion for helping small businesses grow – this is for you.

Your mission:

You will be Klar’s front-line force in Norway – boots on the ground, tools in hand (figuratively… or literally if you are into that). Your goal? Recruit carpenters. Empower them. And build a reseller ecosystem that fuels Klar’s growth.

  1. Hunt down carpenter resellers – identify and convert carpenters into profitable Klar partners

  2. Own the outreach – secure meetings through direct sales and your existing network

  3. Smash targets – grow active resellers and increase revenue per reseller

  4. Build relationships – become the trusted go-to for Norwegian carpenters looking to expand

  5. Sell the Klar dream – pitch the value of becoming a Klar partner in ways that make sense to craftspeople

  6. Support and scale – provide hands-on sales support and help resellers grow with Klar

Your qualifications:

You have a proven track record in sales — ideally in carpentry, construction, or tools.

  1. Your network runs deep in the carpentry scene and you speak their language

  2. You are a deal-closer by nature, with the persistence to follow up until the contract is signed

  3. You can negotiate with anyone and build partnerships that benefit everyone involved

  4. You know how to turn skeptics into superfans by making Klar’s offer too good to pass up
