Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field at least BS, MS, or PhD.
• 8+ years of professional engineering experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven excellence in mechanical design of complex products for low and high volumes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own mechanical design across prototype, product, and long-term R&D.
• Deliver mechanical modules and systems for the vehicle platform with high technical execution.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with electrical, software, planning, procurement, and production teams.
• Own industrialization and manufacturing from prototype to production ramp.
• Mentor contributors and managers, fostering career development and technical rigor.
