Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume, automated distribution and fulfillment operation in Smyrna, TN. The role requires strategic and operational leadership across safety, food-grade quality (where applicable), automation, and customer performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years in progressive leadership within high-volume distribution or manufacturing.
5+ years leading automated warehouse operations and robotics.
Proven P&L ownership, budgeting, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of a high-volume automated distribution and fulfillment operation.
Develop strategies to improve throughput, accuracy, cost, and service levels.
Provide leadership across receiving, warehousing, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Drive safety, quality, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage labor planning, automation capabilities, and staffing for volume changes.
