Specsavers is seeking a UK-registered audiologist to become Head of Clinical Performance – Audiology. You will lead the Audiology Clinical Performance team, shape clinical strategy and ensure services evolve with tech and regulatory changes.

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, develop capability, and balance clinical quality with customer outcomes. The role is home-based with regular travel across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• UK-registered audiologist with hands-on retail experience.
• Proven leadership experience with large teams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
