Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a Director of Associate Recruitment to lead U.S. recruitment strategy, programs, and policy implementation for associates and associate-level specialists across Hogan Lovells Cadwalader offices.

The role reports to the Global Head of Recruitment and Chief Legal Talent Officer - Americas, overseeing law school engagements, lateral hiring, clerk recruitment, and the national summer program while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing recruitment programs and teams in a large law firm or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct law school recruitment initiatives and programs in U.S. offices.
• Oversee lateral associate and law clerk recruiting with standardized processes.
• Lead national summer associate program operations and budgets.
• Develop and manage recruiting brand and use of technology to improve candidate experience.
