• Strong ML foundations: learning-to-rank, embeddings, boosting, neural nets.
• Hands-on with LLMs: prompt engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of ranking, filtering, and personalization models.
• Translate business problems into modeling objectives and experiments.
