Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 5+ years in screen-print shop experience.
• Experience leading a production team and coordinating schedules.
• Ability to operate presses and embroidery machines and troubleshoot production issues.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises production team by managing schedules, job flow and production needs
• Ability to operate manual or automatic presses, embroidery machines, ink mixing, and screen development
• Troubleshoots production issues and takes ownership in quality standards throughout the production process
• Oversees equipment maintenance and shop safety
• Recommends processes and improvements to management to increase efficiency
• Cross-trains staff to improve knowledge gaps
