Job summary

Wildfang, a Portland-based fashion label founded in 2013, is seeking a strategic product leader to own end-to-end apparel development, production, and GTM. You will collaborate with factories and partners to deliver high-quality products that meet design intent and business objectives.

The role demands a strong commercial mindset, hands-on execution, and the ability to balance big-picture strategy with detailed, day-to-day project management in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in apparel product development, production and/or sourcing with direct factory exposure.
• Experience leading end-to-end product development and GTM processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end apparel development and production, ensuring quality, fit, cost and timing.
• Direct all aspects of product development including materials, tech design and approvals.
• Develop production and sourcing strategies aligning with business goals and lead times.
