Job summary
Raymond James seeks a Manager of the Annuity Product Specialist Team in Saint Petersburg, FL. This leadership role oversees the education and deployment of packaged investment solutions, including domestic and offshore fixed, index, RILA and variable annuities, across advisors and clients.
You will coordinate with product partners, marketing, and service initiatives while ensuring expert product knowledge and client-first service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, with at least 6 years in financial services.
- Experience leading product specialists and knowledge of annuity products.
- SIE required; Series 7 required; Life & Variable Annuities License required.
Responsibilities
- Lead annuity product specialist team and coordinate with other teams.
- Educate advisors and clients on annuity products.
- Manage internal product support teams and recruitment visits.
- Coach and mentor staff; evaluate performance and remedial action.
- Partner with product managers and research on analysis of insurance and annuity products.
