Qualifications

• 10+ years in data architecture or analytics engineering.
• 5+ years leading high-velocity teams in enterprise data warehouses.
• Expert SQL, Kimball/Star Schema, dbt, BigQuery, Airflow, Looker LookML.
• Strong Python skills and ability to translate complex data requirements for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive Analytics Engineering and BI roadmap, owning data warehousing, modeling, and reporting across the organization.
• Architect robust dimensional models and data marts in BigQuery using dbt and Airflow with data integrity for Looker.
• Scale and mentor a world-class team, including offshore members, and define technical career ladders.
