Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience at data center scale.
- Hands-on production ownership of Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- 5+ years leading multiple technical teams with measurable outcomes.

- Build and sustain a high-performing operations model.
- Lead operational transition from program-launch staffing to permanent operations.
