The ideal candidate will have extensive engineering leadership experience and will be responsible for setting the operational model, building a robust engineering team, and overseeing vendor relationships while ensuring compliance and security standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience with bare‑metal Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Proven success in establishing operational baselines.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long‑range vision for AI infrastructure.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a high‑performing engineering organization.
• Lead the operational transition from program‑launch staffing to permanent operations.
