Job summary

Awin is seeking a Head of Product for AI to embed AI into our core product strategy and roadmap, translating capabilities into shipped outcomes across our platform. You will lead a product team, align AI investments with business goals, and partner with executives to drive value.

You will own the AI roadmap, defend prioritisation with ROI, and champion practical adoption with measurable business impact across global users in a hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Product leader with technical fluency and strong business impact focus.
• Ability to defend a roadmap in P&L terms and in leadership reviews.
• Credible with engineers on data, APIs, and model capability.
• Experience building and leading product teams with ownership over people and budget.
• Proven track record of shipping AI-enabled product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define AI-driven value and prioritise initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Translate AI capability into a sequenced product roadmap with clear outcomes.
• Own business impact metrics: adoption, efficiency, revenue, customer outcomes.
