Job summary

IANS Research is seeking a Head of Content Operations to strategize and execute scalable, AI-accelerated workflows for editing and design. You’ll own design and editorial standards, establish metrics, and lead a team of designers and editors to deliver high-quality content.

Based in our Boston office, this hybrid role requires 5–8 years of leadership in content production, with a focus on integrating AI tools to accelerate outputs while preserving quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience leading design and/or editorial production teams in a content, media, or research setting.
• Proven ability to build or overhaul production standards and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Owns design and editorial standards across content types.
• Leads a 3–5 designers and 3–5 editors to ship high-quality outputs at scale.
• Drives AI-accelerated workflows and automation to improve efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Manages change and adoption of new standards, tooling, and processes across teams.
