RELX in the United States is seeking a Director of Case Law AI-Driven Content to lead editorial and SME teams delivering AI-enabled case law content that supports LexisNexis's evolving research and AI strategy.

You will supervise AI content initiatives across streams and regions, partnering with product, technology, data science, and editorial stakeholders to ensure accuracy, trust, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred for legal focus.
• 8+ years in legal content, publishing, product, or editorial roles with 5+ years managing people.
• Experience leading AI-enabled or automation-driven content initiatives.
• Strong understanding of case law content and legal research workflows.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Working knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs, NLP, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to leadership.
• Ability to work effectively across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Lead teams that execute AI-generated and AI-enhanced case law content strategy.
• Develop roadmaps for AI case law initiatives from PoC to production.
• Identify opportunities for AI across the case law lifecycle.
• Partner with Product and Technology to support Lexis+ AI experiences.
• Provide direction for AI initiatives across jurisdictions and content streams.
• Ensure AI-generated content meets editorial standards for accuracy and trust.
• Define governance for AI content including human-in-the-loop reviews.
• Work with Performance and Operations to transition mature AI into BAU.
• Engage senior leaders to align strategy, surface risks, and celebrate wins.
• Support AI skills development and best practices across content teams.
