Novartis Group of Companies is seeking a Director of Advanced Analytics & Modeling to lead the KDA analytics framework across brands, markets and accounts. The role focuses on identifying drivers of growth, adoption and performance, translating insights into actionable strategies and scalable analytics capabilities.

The position requires 8+ years in quantitative analytics, an advanced degree, and strong leadership of analytics programs with senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Advanced Analytics, Decision Science, or related field.
• Experience applying analytics to explain business performance and drive actions.
• Experience leading analytics programs and mentoring teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise Key Drivers & Action planning analytics across launch and in-market priorities.
• Design advanced analyses to identify factors driving growth, adoption, and market performance.
• Translate findings into prioritized actions and differentiated playbooks for business teams.
• Mentor analytics talent and evolve enterprise analytics capabilities.
