Skillprint is seeking its first dedicated AI data sales hire to own the demand side and close multi-million dollar deals with frontier labs and foundation model companies. You will report to the Head of AI Commercialization and work across data procurement, post-training leads, and data platforms to drive revenue.
The role requires deep knowledge of training data, licensing, and data marketplace dynamics, with the ability to build the function from scratch and translate product into compelling
Skillprint is building the nerve center for human and AI augmentation: training AI to understand and interact with people, and the world, the way people do. We turn existing games into adaptive training environments where humans and AI play, alone or together, and capture every decision with its cognitive, behavioral, and emotional context. We sell our data, training environments, and models to frontier labs and enterprises in robotics, defense, and learning.
We have active engagements with leading AI data companies, a proprietary instrumentation platform that plugs into most game engines, a growing studio network, and a founding team with 5 exits, including Playnomics, which pioneered machine learning in games and became Unity Data.
You are Skillprint's first dedicated AI data sales hire. Reporting to the Head of AI Commercialization, you own the demand side: closing deals with frontier labs, foundation model companies, and the data platforms that serve them. You sit across the table from heads of data, post-training leads, and procurement teams, closing deals from six to seven figures and beyond.
The right person has sold data or AI infrastructure to labs, has current relationships with the people who buy training data, and has the operator instincts to build the function from scratch. This is not a commodity data sale. You are explaining why human decision data, captured in controlled game environments with cognitive and behavioral context, fills gaps that text, video, and synthetic data can't. If that excites you, this is the role.
