Responsibilities include guiding modeling efforts, driving adoption of analytics, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact using predictive and prescriptive analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with 2+ years in people management.
• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, econometrics, or related field.
• Expert knowledge of statistics and advanced analytics methods.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business leaders to understand strategy, KPIs and goals.
• Lead, manage, and coach technical data scientists; recruit and onboard talent.
• Drive development of data science methodology and practices strategy.
• Lead technical engagements with stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Educate users on advanced analytics concepts and adoption of insights.
• Identify innovative analytics techniques to meet business objectives.
• Lead design, development and deployment of predictive and prescriptive models.
• Manage relationships with external data science vendors/resources.
