Fidelity is seeking a Director of Advanced Data Analytics and Insights to lead the flow of business intelligence and support for reports and dashboards. You will leverage Snowflake, AWS, AtScale, and Tableau to deliver scalable analytics, uncover trends, and empower cross‑functional teams with insights.

You will guide analytics initiatives, evaluate models, and collaborate with finance and technology to translate complex data into actionable strategies, reports, and governance across enterprise

Formación

• Academic qualifications in CS/Engineering/IT/IS/Chemistry with at least a bachelor’s degree and several years of BI leadership.
• Experience designing cloud-based BI platforms and governance in financial services environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provides recommendations on opportunities to improve customer experience by analyzing data.
• Surfaces ideas to drive stronger business outcomes.
• Performs model evaluation, tuning and scalability of techniques.
• Analyzes technology trends to identify markets for product development or sales growth.
• Devises methods for identifying data patterns and trends.
• Maintains or updates BI tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
