Osmind is seeking a hands-on accounting leader to own the function end-to-end as we bring accounting in-house. You will run month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes across three entities, lead multi-entity reporting, and partner with the VP Finance to deliver board-ready financials.

This builder's role requires direct US-based experience, CPA certification, and a track record of scaling an accounting function in a high-growth company.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 3 years at a Controller or Accounting Manager level.
• Direct, hands-on experience with a US-based company; not solely BPO-style support.
• CPA or equivalent certification.

Responsabilités

• Close month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across 3 entities with GAAP-compliant financials.
• Manage intercompany transactions, allocations, and entity-level reporting across the MSO structure.
• Serve as technical accounting resource on revenue recognition (ASC 606) and related areas.
• Oversee transition from outsourced accounting to in-house, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
• Design and document internal controls and accounting policies for a fast-growing, multi-entity company.
• Oversee cash, AP/AR across all entities.
• Partner with VP Finance and leadership on clean, consistent financials.
• Lead migration from QuickBooks Online to a true multi-entity platform with AI-enabled automation.
• Hire, train, and manage offshore accounting staff as the team scales.
