Job summary

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience/training.
• Strong knowledge of public education, technical education, and training program development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee public education professionals, academic programs, and day-to-day management of the unit.
• Ensure learner-centered programs aligned to industry and professional needs with quality standards.
• Lead program managers, support instructors, and monitor curriculum quality and instructor performance.
• Collaborate across teams and maintain internal/external partnerships; advise on governance and program development.
• Support strategic initiatives and scalable course and learning model innovations.
