Rhone Apparel, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Digital Technical Design to lead the CLO 3D function, define strategy, standards, and manage a team of 3D experts.

The role ensures 3D is embedded across the product creation process from concept to commercialization, collaborating closely with Design, Merchandising and PCC teams. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in technical design, strong garment construction knowledge, and hands-on CLO 3D experience, with proven leadership and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical design experience including CLO 3D or equivalent 3D design software.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team and setting technical standards.
• Strong foundation in garment construction, pattern making, and fit for performance apparel.

Responsibilities

• Lead CLO 3D experts and set technical standards for 3D design and pattern making.
• Define 3D strategy for product categories and development stages (Concept, Realization, Commercialization).
• Coordinate between HQ digital design and PCC teams to ensure alignment and hand-offs.
• Translate Quality Stages framework into practice with clear ownership and hand-off criteria.
• Align 3D outputs with brand aesthetics and go-to-market timelines.
• Build and govern a digital asset library (avatars, patterns, fabric simulations).
• Monitor 3D workflow metrics and drive continuous improvements across the process.
