Baptist Health Medical Group seeks a Head and Neck Surgical Oncologist to join the Herbert Wertheim Cancer Institute in South Florida, delivering comprehensive care for complex head and neck cancers.

The role emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, fellowship-trained expertise, and leadership in expanding a comprehensive Head and Neck Oncology Program within Baptist Health’s network. FL residents benefit from no state income tax and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery (ABOHNS).
• Expertise in microvascular reconstruction and complex reconstructive surgery.
• Fellowship training in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical care for head and neck malignancies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with oncology, radiation oncology, neuroradiology, pathology, speech-language pathology, dentistry, plastic surgery, and supportive care.
• Help expand and strengthen a comprehensive Head and Neck Oncology Program within the Herbert Wertheim Cancer Institute.
