Job summary

Massachusetts Eye and Ear, part of Mass General Brigham, seeks a licensed Physician Assistant for the Head and Neck Surgery program. The PA will assess and manage diverse patient populations in ambulatory, inpatient, and operative settings, developing care plans and coordinating follow-up.

This full-time role is onsite at 243-245 Charles Street, with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, focusing on high-quality patient care, documentation, and teamwork in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant required; state license verification needed.
• Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies required.
• Experience as a licensed PA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care, counseling, and teaching to patients in ambulatory, inpatient, and procedural settings.
• Performs histories, physical exams, and orders/tests as appropriate.
• Develops care plans and follows up based on investigations and exams.
• Orders medications and writes prescriptions per policies.
• Maintains timely documentation including progress and operative notes.
• Performs bedside procedures as required.
