Job summary

A growing specialty Otolaryngology practice in Duluth, Minnesota, seeks a BC/BE otolaryngologist with Head & Neck Surgery fellowship training to join an established program with a large patient base and strong multispecialty support.

Compensation is generous ($605,976) with potential bonuses, CME funds, tail coverage, relocation assistance and full benefits. The position offers a 4.5-day work week, a 1:3 weekday call and 1:6 weekend call, with Da Vinci Xi systems available at two sites.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Fellowship training in Head & Neck Surgery required.
• Ability to collaborate with multispecialty teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care to a large patient base.
• Teach medical students and family medicine residents.
• Admit to two hospitals connected by an enclosed skywalk system and participate in program duties.
• Share weekday/weekend call according to the group schedule.
