Job summary

NP Now, LLC is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our Findlay, Ohio practice. The role includes five clinic days weekly, surgeries in three ORs, and primary hospital call coverage.

Offering a base salary of $515,000–$650,000 with wRVU bonus, signing bonus, loan assistance with PSLF eligibility, relocation support, CME stipend, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible ENT physician.
• Valid medical license in Ohio.
• Willingness to develop a full-service ENT practice.

Responsibilities

• Practice clinic five days per week with a flexible schedule.
• Provide comprehensive ENT care with 25–30 patients per day.
• Perform surgeries in three operating rooms across multiple facilities.
• Take primary hospital call with in-house coverage.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in mentorship.
