Holy Cross Health in South Florida is seeking a fellowship-trained Head & Neck Cancer Surgeon with Microvascular Reconstruction expertise to join a growing multidisciplinary cancer program. You will help build and lead a dynamic Head & Neck Oncology service with strong physician autonomy and leadership support.

The role offers collaboration with Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, ENT, Pathology, Radiology and Endocrinology, plus a path to grow thyroid/endocrine surgery alongside established

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board-eligible or board-certified in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery.
• Fellowship in Head & Neck Oncology with Microvascular Reconstruction training.
• Minimum three years of related field experience and Florida licensure eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of a comprehensive Head & Neck Oncology program with strong physician autonomy.
• Collaborate with Medical/Radiation Oncology, ENT, Pathology, Radiology and Endocrinology.
• Develop thyroid/endocrine surgery practice and participate in tumor boards.
