Job summary

York Country Day School in Pennsylvania is seeking a Middle School Girls Basketball Coach responsible for planning and directing conditioning, training, and performance for student-athletes in our girls basketball program. This position reports to the Director of Athletics and must follow school and PIAA policies.

Duties include planning and coaching practice sessions, mentoring players, maintaining discipline, and building positive relationships within the school community.

Job Description:

The Middle School Girls Basketball Coach at York Country Day Schoolis responsible for the planning and directing the conditioning,training, and performance of our student athletes, for our girlsbasketball program.

This position reports to the Director of Athletics. This coachingposition and all of the duties of the position must be conducted inadherence with the policies, rules, and regulations of York CountryDay School and the Pennsylvania Interscholastic AthleticAssociation (PIAA).

Outcome:

The outcome of this position will be the development of our middleschool athletes as well as being a support for the upper schoolprograms.

Essential Functions

Experience and Education Required

Basketball coaching experience is preferred.
