Job summary

Premier Martial Arts is seeking a Head Instructor to lead day-to-day martial arts instruction at a PMA location. The role demands a passionate, leadership-driven individual who can inspire students and staff alike.

You will deliver high-energy classes, manage student relations, test curriculum, and support events and career growth within the PMA network.

Qualifications

  • Prior martial arts experience.
  • Black Belt certificate not mandatory but a plus.
  • Organized–self starter with proactive attitude.
  • Service-first mentality when working with students and families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide A+ quality of class instruction for 5–7 high-energy classes daily.
  • Instruct and mentor students while maintaining a safe, engaging environment.
  • Foster strong customer relations with students and parents.
  • Test and refine curriculum to ensure consistency across locations.
  • Coordinate events such as birthday parties and parents' night out.

Job Summary: The head instructor at a Premier Martial Arts location is someone who is passionate about changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be the best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student and never lets their ego get the best of them. A learning attitude is key to the success of this position.

  • Providing A+ Quality of Class Instruction:
  • Instruction of 5-7 High Energy, Benefit Driven, and "educating" classes daily
