Job summary

Premier Martial Arts is seeking an instructor who is passionate about changing lives through daily martial arts instruction. An outgoing, leadership-driven personality and a learning attitude are essential. You will inspire others to be the best version of themselves using the curriculum and tools provided.

The role includes teaching energetic classes, engaging with students and parents, and participating in events and community outreach to promote the PMA program and its values.

Qualifications

  • Prior Martial Arts experience.
  • Black Belt certificate not mandatory but a plus.
  • Organized; self-starter with proactive attitude.
  • Service-first mentality and dedication to students.

Responsibilities

  • Providing A+ quality of class instruction.
  • Instruct 5–7 high-energy classes daily.
  • Manage customer relations with students and parents.

Premier Martial Arts has been in business for more than 20 years, and since our founding in 1998 we have helped thousands of students of all ages realize their full potential. Job Summary:

The instructor at a Premier Martial Arts location is someone who is passionate about changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be the best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student and never lets their ego get the best of them. A learning attitude is key to the success of this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing A+ Quality of Class Instruction:
  • Instruction of 5-7 High Energy, Benefit Driven, and "educating" classes daily
  • Customer Relations with the students and parents
  • Curriculum Testing of Students
  • Marketing
  • Appointment Setting
  • Events- Birthday Parties, Parent's Night Out
