Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Evidence Synthesis and Reporting teams to align strategy with evidence and HTA requirements.
  • Develop integrated evidence generation plans to support payer submissions and market readiness.

  • Represent RTI-HS at conferences and in professional forums.
  • Support staff in publishing, presenting, and building industry presence.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and develop team members in access, pricing, and consulting delivery.
  • Provide strategic input, feedback, and oversight on project work.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture with a focus on continuous learning.

Project Leadership

  • Contribute to delivery of key engagements, including:
  • Global/regional pricing strategies
  • Payer intelligence and stakeholder mapping
