The City of Siloam Springs is accepting applications for Head Lifeguards to work at the Siloam Springs Family Aquatic Center during the 2025 season. Applicants must provide their Lifeguard CPR and First Aid training Certification along with their applications or proof of enrollment in classes.

This position performs a variety of duties including but not limited to:

  1. Working with Pool Manager to provide a safe facility
  2. Adhering to FAC rules and regulations
  3. Assisting lifeguards with daily operations
  4. Assisting with in-service training
  5. Scheduling back-up guards
  6. Assisting with aquatic programs
Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age. Lifeguard, CPR & First Aid Certifications required.

Will work 20-30 hours per week including weekends.
