Job summary

IMG Academy seeks a Head Coach, Lacrosse to lead one of the nation’s premier lacrosse programs. You will design and drive a unified vision across on-field development, character growth, and student‑athlete wellness for boys’ lacrosse at IMG Academy.

You will align staff, elevate talent, and create a culture of excellence from field to classroom. A bachelor’s degree and coaching credentials are preferred. Florida residency is expected.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of boys lacrosse fundamentals and advanced tactics.
• Experience coaching at high school, collegiate, or professional level with growth of programs.
• Ability to design structured training systems aligned with elite performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a world-class national lacrosse program with a clear vision and elite standards.
• Design progressive training plans to develop individual skills, tactics, and team synergy.
• Mentor and manage assistant coaches and staff for alignment and leadership development.
• Recruit top student-athletes and cultivate NCAA and college pathways.
• Collaborate with academic services, wellness, and performance departments to support student-athlete development.
• Coordinate with strength & conditioning, nutrition, mental training, and sports medicine teams.
