SUMMARY

The Head Coach advises, coordinates and supports a staff of assistant coaches in conjunction with the Athletic Director. It is the intention of St. Rose High School that this job description generally guides the Head Coach regarding his/her functions and responsibilities. In performing all functions contained herein, and any other attendant to his/her duties as Head Coach, it is understood that a coach shall exercise common sense, good judgment, and shall perform his/her job responsibilities consistent with the total educational philosophy of St. Rose High School. The Head Coach shall not engage in unsportsmanlike conduct. Duties include instruction, ability to communicate with students and parents, program management, logistics, and travel as supervised by the Athletic Director. Examples include, but are not limited to:

QUALIFICATIONS
