You Must Have

• An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state
• The ability to work weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) and be flexible with your schedule, including peak hours (typically Thursday through Saturday)
• A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
• Salon experience is an asset

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the bar's vibe and hair are consistent with Blo brand standards
• Manage recruitment and training through Blo's signature Blo University
• Mentor and up-train existing stylists to reach their full potential
• Be a role model and Blo brand ambassador
• Participate in maintaining a professional, clean, fun, and respectful work environment
• Potential cross-training on additional services such as makeup or promotion to management roles

Compensation: $14.50 per hour
