Job summary

Sartell-St in District-Wide is seeking a Lead Groundskeeper to direct grounds staff and maintain school grounds, playground equipment, athletic fields, vehicles, and parking lots. The role performs seasonal mowing, snow removal, equipment maintenance, field prep, and delivery services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of snow removal equipment and grounds tools preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of the groundskeeper and seasonal staff.
• Perform seasonal mowing, snow removal, and equipment maintenance.
• Prepare athletic fields and coordinate deliveries and site maintenance.
• Maintain district grounds, including irrigation and outdoor facilities.
