BrightView in Daytona Beach is seeking an experienced Golf Course Superintendent to lead daily maintenance, operations, and the agronomic program for the course.

You will coordinate with the client and the golf shop, manage staff, budget, safety programs, and regulatory compliance to deliver top‑quality course conditions year‑round.

The role requires deep knowledge of turf culture, irrigation systems, pesticides licensing, and strong communication to align the site team with company standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in golf course management and turf culture.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, pumps, wells, and drainage.
• Strong administrative and communication skills; computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and direct maintenance of all areas within the scope and according to the contract.
• Partner with the customer to understand or develop a long-term property improvement plan.
• Supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of all equipment assigned to the course.
• Prepare and operate within annual budget estimates.
• Prepare and follow an annual agronomic plan within contract and budget.
• Procure and manage supplies and materials to support maintenance activities.
• Create and distribute reports of maintenance activities as required.
• Manage golf course employees, including interviewing, hiring, training, discipline, and separation.
• Protect the company’s interest through compliance with regulations and policies.
• Administer BrightView Safety Program and BV360 Management Program.

Formação académica

Degree or advanced knowledge of agronomy, horticulture, plant, or soil science

Certified and/or licensed for pesticide usage
