Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Entry Level Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to support daily course operations and assist the Superintendent in all duties related to maintenance and management. The role acts as a liaison among company stakeholders, customers, and the golf shop to maintain optimal course conditions.

Ideal candidates have interest in turf culture, agriculture, and agronomy, with strong communication and administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf course management and turf culture preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
• Must obtain pesticide applicator license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in maintenance planning and execution.
• Supervise course maintenance staff and equipment.
• Procure supplies and manage maintenance materials.
• Contribute to interview, hiring, and training processes.
